The County Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced executive to lead our Business Development functions of the credit union.  The Member Business Development Officer will assume a strategic role in the development of The County Federal Credit Union business lending portfolio.  The primary day-to-day responsibilities are to service our existing business member portfolio; establish and achieve the organization’s sales goals; participate in the development and implementation of organizational strategic plans; foster new relationships and identify new business relationship expansion opportunities.

This position requires a strategic leader possessing strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional management and communication abilities, and a proven history in financial institution business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Lending and:

The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources portion of the position are to ensure personnel and orientation functions are uniformly applied, operate within the policies and guidelines established, and comply with regulations. Activities include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, salary administration, employee orientation, and regulatory compliance relative to personnel, pay, and benefits.
