Branch Manager (Bangor)
We have an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in our Bangor location. A Branch Manager must be passionate about leading and inspiring others to deliver the Best Member Experience. This individual leads by example and is a role model to their team and their peers. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining operational excellence of a full-service branch office, including operations, lending, deposit growth, product sales, member service, front line duties, security, and safety in accordance with the Credit Union’s objectives. This individual is expected to meet or exceed branch sales and service goals through coaching team members to build and enhance member relationships. This person will look for opportunities to make a difference in the communities served by the Credit Union. Preferred candidates will have a 2-year college degree in a business-related field or five years’ experience with a financial institution at the mid-management level. Must have proven organizational skills, member service skills, oral and written communication skills, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to motivate, influence, and promote teamwork. The successful candidate should be willing to participate in community affairs to increase the credit union’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
Full-Time Member Service Center Representative (Caribou)

The County Federal Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative has an immediate opening for a full-time Call Center Representative to answer inbound calls at our Member Service Center in Caribou. Representatives will work as a team to ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous service on the telephone. Staff will have the ability to clearly articulate product offerings, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members’ telephone calls to the appropriate resource. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant personality, willing to work flexible hours, have the ability to research and resolve problems and deal effectively with members’ needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external members.
Part-Time Float Member Relation Specialist (Southern Branches)
We are seeking a positive, ambitious individual to join our team. We have a part-time Member Relation Specialist (MRS) position available in our southern branches.MRS's are responsible for promoting our products and services to all members, processing member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash/check transactions), ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently within our balancing procedures, and providing exceptional member service. Must have sales and great communication skills. This position involves continuous standing and/or walking.
